I thought it was time to build a serious Rat Rod. I have wanted to do a Dirtbike for some time, but I don't want one with the brakes on the chain stays. So Here it is. Started with a rode hard, over powder coated millennium job. I could not have fathomed the amount of powder that S&M poured onto the sick ass welds on this, it was almost a waste. After the strip and glass bead, it was time to do in the bars and forks. Started with NOS, right to the wire wheel! Now it was time to rust. I wanted a subtle nice and soft feel to the rust and silver left from the blast. After all that this got nothing but the finest parts. Took it for the first ride and it was as nasty as the clear coat paint on this.
