Re: RAD 25th anniversary weekend. book it

This sounds like a fun weekend. We should see who is all driving and possible caravan up there. As it looks like a few of us are close or will be crossing paths to get there. I can even take peoples bikes if they dont want to take them on the plane. I will be driving a Tundra with a topper and towing a travel trailer.

WestJet may have some fairly decent prices by then flying straight out of LA. Air canada is good too.
I dunno if driving is the way to go its pretty far. But its a really nice drive if you do it. Cali Caravan big_smile

Re: RAD 25th anniversary weekend. book it

For flights I would definitely keep an eye on West Jet and sign up for their updates. They are continually adding US destinations and offer great prices when the have their seat sales, sometimes around $100.00 (plust tax) for one ways from places like LA, Seattle, San Diego. http://www.westjet.com/guest/en/home.shtml

As far as Calgary goes for hotels there are a few in the Northwest part of the city that would be close to both the Calgary and Cochrane venues. Downtown Calgary would be relatively close, but will be on the more expensive side. The following link will give you hotel info for NW Calgary

This sounds great, but I doubt I'll make it.  I'm surprised nobody has brought up renting an RV.  Posse up,  throw the  bikes on top, split the cost for a hotel on wheels.  Such is the stuff of legend, and it would support somebody's business.  cool
