scud bars-1992
the scud bars were hoffmans first handle bar offered. the design was similar to redline race bars (mat was getting help from linn kastan of redline when hoffman was first designing his own products).  made by s.e. racing.  straight cross bar, two far spaced knurled rings (spaced for the width of tnt stems) on the clamp bar and the clamp bar ends were capped with a hole. the cross decal was either red/pink or green. the scud bars had a bad habit of bending or breaking/cracking so they were pulled out of production not too long (around 2 months or so) after first introduced (summer of 92 with the condor)  called "scuds" because of the then recent gulf war missles saddamm tried to use.

Hoffman Maxi Light bars. Look alot like the scud bars. Here is some info i got from Hoffman. They are very rare, one of the first set of bars we made.  I believe they
were made somewhere between '92 and 94'.
