great find!! what exactly does an ad for something like this say? ..... and ur right 2low2tow on the color scheme and pegs BUT the peg holes on them forks are to high for 86 placement, those holes are 85 fork holes which are higher placed on 85 than 86.

The bike is an '86 with a late '85 serial number. This accounts for the paint scheme, serial number, and fork peg holes being higher.
