found this under my mums house and gave it a re chrome... rebuilt the wheels and put RL double pinch flights on her

Nice.....I've always loved that frame, It's like getting proline style decals (whitch I've always liked) without paying the Proline price. I'm probably wrong but I always thought ST-20 had the web gusset behind the seat post. like on the 600-a.
