Oh, just checked the frame out in the garage. YES it does have welded flanges. Never noticed that before. How cool!!

Thats the bike i got for finishing the 8th grade...i had problems in school..adhd...the LBS had this proline hanging on the wall for 6 mths..ya know the nicest bike in the store that we all drooled over! It had yellow tioga pool tires on it and the first day i got it we had a longest yellow skidmark contest...LOL. That brings back memories...except i dont remember what parts it had on it..
Just another feeble attempt by the man to keep a brotha down!!!
