This Bike was sold in the early 80s through a small network of east coast bicycle dealers and was later sold out to a company by the name Pegasus. It's Founder and Factory Pro Rider, Doug Daniele late

I just bought my Mongoose from Doug. His name sounded familiar. I asked a friend who raced with me and he was like um yeah sounds familiar. Then he was like he ran DD Pro or something. Im like thats it! I'm sure I raced him also back in New Jersey in 80 and 81.
My friend says he has a picture of him racing Doug and Steve Malaguti. I will add it to this comment once I get it.
