2005 Haro Sport

finally !
been looking all over for one !

bought this from a guy that apparently bought it brand new and only used parts off it then sold me what you see. gonna build this one up to go along with my 06 Sport. but this one will have a lil flair !
just picked up a set of newer haro f3 wheels with cassette rear hub and swapped out the black hoops for a pair of nos chrome Araya super 7x hoops.

hells ya that would be so sick and diffrent ...i mean why not there black already ...i dont think it would be that hard to do ...drill two wholes and line them with tubing ???
how hard could that be ??? "never follow the pack make your own mistakes and if it is a mistake then you can live with it ...and if its not ...you just came up with it first for everone else to follow "
leading the trend in bmx ....good luck in what you decide to do .. its gonna be dope ...

Re: 2005 Haro Sport

here ya go Duke !

3 piece 22mm spindle Haro mega cranks (dk sproket is getting swapped out for one i am working on) it's gonna be a smaller version of the 88 "team" sport sprocket.
the pedals are nos magnesium sealed bearing Haro big blocks.
plus i added some Haro sledgehammer bars which will be getting partially powdered black and decaled to resemble the 88 sport kneesavers.

Looking good!

Love the crank set.  Where'd you get the pedals?  I'd love to score a pair of those...

actually i scored those on ebay for $9.99
i couldn't believe it.
i messed up, they're actually magnesium "small blocks" not the big blocks.

and i do have multiple set of these white/gumwall ACS true 100s that i am trying to decide what to use them all on. wink

Re: 2005 Haro Sport

should i go with a black seat with blue highlights ?
i just put this one on it temporarily.

plus, i think i am gonna switch out the pedals for some black Mks style graphites.
i am also trying to locate a solid aluminum 33t or 34t sprocket to powder black and have machined like the 88 team sport sprocket. big_smile
and maybe add a annodized blue Odyssey GTX gyro with blue brake cables.

Re: 2005 Haro Sport

change the sprocket out for one that looks more like the team sprocket, and also changed out the pedals.
and also replaced the brake levers with some new Odyssey med. modulevers.

Well, it does!!
Try finding a set of Mirra landing pad in blue/white, like the one that came stock on the Limited retro 2004 Haro Freestyler Master.
