Re: 1997 Standard Trail Boss

This frame is what american made bikes are all about. The Trail Boss is a legend and is highly reguarded by many as the best frame ever produced. I hope one day I'll get lucky enough to find a chrome 21" one like this. What else can you say this thing is bad ass.

Mikey wanted me to comment on his TB, but I'm not going to 'cause I'm a jealous little bitch and I desperately want him to give it to me. (the bike, that is.)

Re: 1997 Standard Trail Boss

If you want to clean the chrome on that and make it BLING, go to your local auto parts store and look for Blue Magic Metal Polish Cream. It's made for cleaning and polishing chrome and mag wheels on cars. I used some of it on a chrome GT I picked up and it now has a mirror finish that I can see my reflection in. Oh and it also helps protect the chrome finish to so it won't rust, dull, or lose its's shine.

Re: 1997 Standard Trail Boss

The year that It is ,( 99 ), Would make it a Standard Bicycle Motocross.. I just Call It a BMX... Thats the model though.  They later evolved into the 125s and stuff..
I second that emotion on the american made frames man .. believe me ..
