2008 kz1 replica. Very close copy. missing the hole in the gussett,and has the "K" logo stamped in the dropout...otherwise very cool

ive got one of these,i thought they were exact in every way,i see what you mean about the missing hole in the gusset,gutted!i might put one there myself! i see the gusset is also slightly differant shape,looks bit longer on the og ones.its so annoying when they go to the trouble of remaking these then fall down on the minor details thinking us bmx freaks wont mind,well i do!! gonna sob into my cup of tea now!!theyre still super cool tho,mines nearly finished,pics coming by xmas

i also see now that the rear dropouts on the new ones are diamond shape on the bottom part where as the og dropouts are straight,grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

only 150 made. 100 chrome and 50 in black

I'm from UK. I was told they made 250 as well. 125 Black & 125 Chrome (not sure if this is true). Shame the Kuwahara official website does'nt have a History page on models, stating how many were made of each.sad
Anyone who wants one there are a couple of these on UK ebay today.
This page is useful but does not state numbers of Black and Chrome frames made.
