Every once in awhile you'll find the Huffy Racing stickers on ebay.  They pop up every month or so.  As far as the pads go, I think you'll be lucky to find a set.
You can see the Huffy Stu I have in "my bikes".  It is no longer with me, but a good reference for a complete one minus the chainguard.

finally built the frame up! haha cool little bike. Found some huffy pads too.
