I may be wrong but I think that frame is either an '01 or an '02, probably a 2001. I didn't think they made the frame after 2002 because Craig retired shortly after that.
2001 frames, from my recollection and from what I could find, had the "PRO" in the MONGOOSEPRO downtube decal highlighted in red. The '02's just had the "PRO" in grey/silver. The 2001's that I have seen also had the graphic stickers in the inside of the dropouts (like yours does) vs. on the outside of the dropouts as on the 2002 frames.
Yours is a very nice bike. I just picked up a NOS 2001 CRX myself. Can't wait to build it up and relive the years that I raced on my Reynolds Racing and Mongoose CRX frames.
