1985 Mongoose Expert

Fantastic Shape, Pro Class Rims, shiney Chrome, pro class 1000 brake w/ leechi lever.

Found it at a flea market for $15 in a world of hurt. Cleaned up super nice though. Mostly original as fa as i can tell.

Need: rear bullseye blue flanges w/silver barrel, single lavender compe ST,  single 24" blackwall rainbow label Compe III

Nice find! Were you shocked to find it? Did you see it right away? Great lookin bike!


My first bmx bike was a Huffy Pro Thunder.... I was a fan ever since.

Yah I saw it and knew it could be an excellent find. I gave it a quick look and decided i had to have it of course. Before he even finished saying... "I'll let 'er go fer fifteen." the money was in his hand and i was steppin over the top tube. At the same  flea market i also picked up an gigantic OLD Brooks leather seat bag/trunk thing. And just a week earlier I found the M1-mini in my bikes for $10! That must have been the sweetest week of scores ever because I also found a sweet old Raleigh 3-speed that paired up perfectly with the brooks bag.
