Finally got good pics up. (SOLD)
From what I could find this is a 2000.
This is a bike that a friend of mine has had for a long time, moving it from basement to garage and back a few times. Thats why it isn't in the greatest cosmetic shape. Though it really didn't get ridden that much. I just bought it from him (it was bungee corded to the rafters of his barn). It came decked out with Voxom components, He had no idea where the OG handle bars ended up. Due to my thinking that it will be pretty difficult to find frame stickers for it, I will more than likely keep it as a rider.

Great Bike -and LIGHT despite that fat top bar. I just bought one -and will post it soon (gotta clean it).
Are those the oem Voxom wheels and hubs? Mine are -the rims say three six dees. I think mine is a 2002.
My bars aren't original either -nor is my stem. If you ever want to trade your Voxom stem -I'll trade for the Redline stem that came on my bike.
