1983 Skyway T/A

One of my many T/A's!

First off.... this is my all-time favorite old-school BMX bike! T/A's were the most beautiful framesets out there, and I've always owned a few since the early 80's. This build started off with a 1983 (curved brake bridge model) Skyway T/A frame and fork set. I used a set of our re-release model sealed bearing Tuff Wheels with Cheng Shin Comp III tires. Skyway Tuff pedals with original Redline Flight cranks and gear. The bottom bracket is a Kastan sealed bearing model. Dia Comp MX1000 brake, cable, and lever set handles the braking. Other parts include a Tioga heaset with a Tioga headset lock, GT Pro handlebars (these are actually my original set from 1986), GT laid back post, Tuff Neck clamp, Haro Tech Panel, A'me grips and a Aero saddle.
