cromo frame/fork

Bought this relic as a complete bike- it was well worn & put away wet. I saw it & knew a perfect place 4 it, my collection- it needs rechromin - but it is my 1st looptail from Carlos that isn't a Panda. LUCIO, MELTON & KASTAN  chrome done the correct way!!!!
