Its a "Vanupi"
I was cruisen Ebay again and the seller had a frame that looked exactly like a crupi and i thought it was, Picked the frame up new for a $175.00. The frame Color was a very Blah flat silver with red crupi stickers. I looked on the rear chainstay and it had a "V" on the back did some homework and found it to be a Vandetta that was made in Canada, My son wanted to get it powdercoated so I let him pick his color out rode it well for a few months placed 1st in the Regional Championship in Georgia. Found the Frame to be almost a dead match to Crupi. We moved up to a 21 top tube and decided to try 1.75 rims did another set of Profile hubs in Anodized Purple with rainbow spokes, Profile Cranks with Ti spindle, Chris king headset, Crane Creek brake lever with DXR rear brakes, Profile Acoustic stem, and seat clamp and Sprocket. Thomson Seat Post, S&M Pro Bars. Overall was really happy with bike the lighting for Pics wasnt great, bike looked alot better in the Daytime.

You're right. Pics don't do this thing justice. The way the rainbow Ti spokes ties the greens and purples together is genius. The only thing I'd change would be to make the stem and seat post clamp antifreeze green, and the bars and seat post painted to match the frame.
