1979 Moto One

I picked this frame as well as a Race Inc Shorty frame in a trade. The frames need work but they are doable.

Re: 1979 Moto One

Wow looks like an early Mongoose. Is Moto one a Euro or Aussie company?

I am not sure who made this frame, but I am sure there is someone on the museum that does know.

Re: 1979 Moto One

The 1979 Moto One was my first bike. It was even the same color as the one you have pictured. It was my prized possession. I was 9 years old. We had a neighbor that was a very terrible person. He broke into the back storage area of our apartment unit and stole the bike. I cried for days! Everybody knew he stole it, but the LAPD didn't do s___t about it! I never saw it again. My parents couldn't afford to buy me a new bike.

Re: 1979 Moto One

I've heard that Akisu made moto 1's for Diamond Back. I had a 16" that was in sweet ass shape.
