1984 Haro Freestyler Master

1984 Haro Freestyler Master project.

I just happened to have a NOS Orange Uni Seat & had no clue what I was going to do with it. Well kind of funny buying a bike to match a seat lol. Joking for sure, I just couldn't pass on this old school Haro Master Frame/Fork. No cracks or rewelds, Skyway Tuffs, Tuffneck seat post clamp, Sweet Pro Neck, Dia-comp brakes & CW bars. I have too many of the CW bars now. Thanks for checking it out.

One of the greatest bikes ever produced in my opinion.
Gives it character having parts from a few different companies. big_smile

Re: 1984 Haro Freestyler Master

I saved/bought this ride in this condition with the exception of the Uni seat & missmatched front tire.

She was showing a little too much abuse so I had to dress her up for picture. Guess I should've tossed those CW bars & threw on a pair of my Haro Knee Savors. I had to soak the crap out of ever bolt & nut with WD40 before I even tried to remove a thing. After a few days I was able to get Pro Neck clamp screws out, without snaping them big_smile but the Shimano pedal is still on like its been welded (with rust) so the cranks are not out yet sad but I'm thinking about cutting wheel tomorrow lol

She is down to Frame, crank & fork now ready to be striped & painted. I need a set of decals for this build badly. I better trace out some copies of the decals before I strip it.

Thanks for the props on this ride. It is one of my favorites also, well... Atleast the Frame, Fork & OG Tuffs cool

Re: 1984 Haro Freestyler Master

Thanks for props. Sorry for slooow assss response though. Had to buy wife bigger home so we/I could keep all our hobbies.
Have to keep the wife happy big_smile

Now we even have the badest builds(not pictured yet Hutch XL24(s) Trickstars, PK(s) & QA(s)) in our master bedroom. It was either put the builds up there or use other part of master for half pipe. Wife choose to keep the builds on stands in  room instead of trying to sleep while I skate lol

Thanks again for props.
