show bikes are nice but bikes were meant to be rided!!! 20" for ever.

Small gearing is rather uncommon on race bikes these days. 44-16 is, once again, the standard it seems (up or down a gear for track variations). The smallest gear combo that I've seen on a race bike over the past couple years was 39-14. In my opinion, going lower than that takes some of the smoothness out of the drive train and tends to stretch/wear chains quite a bit faster than 44-16. The weight savings aren't worth it.

For a street/park bike, on the other hand, micro gearing makes sense.

Took it to the track today, this bike is super fun and fast...  update on the bike - painted the forks brown to match
