1979 Eddy King Torker

This is another one of my bikes that I had bought from the original owner; I even got the original sales receipt with it. This was his race bike from 79 through 81. The bike is an un-restored bike; it still retains its original candy red clear finish and original decals, the candy red did come off the forks so they are just chrome now. All of the rest of the parts are original to the bike, with the exception of the pads, which I had replaced with NOS. The bike has Race Inc. bars, Tuff Neck stem, Finish-Line grips, Powerlite seat clamp, Araya 7c’s with sealed Sunshine hubs, Dura Ace cranks, sealed Phil b/b and Reedy pedals (not pictured) On the back of the receipt, it states the frame had been replaced in Oct. 79 because he broke the frame in a race.

Wanting to sell or trade my chrome & black KOS, 78 Race Inc. frame and my 78 DB IV frame.

I’m looking for a Mongoose Two/Four, Racer-X , 16" Squareback, 75 Mongoose, Mototrac, Torker cruiser, 78/79 Microline, Also early Red-Line & Mongoose vinyl pads,

Re: 1979 Eddy King Torker

Eddy used to jump over us when were kids behind loma verde elementary school in chula vista california. I remember watching him fly over us, I also remember he had all the coolest stuff to try out.....Oh the good ol' days........

Sweet bike,

Let me know if you ever want to sell it...
