Not by any means an expert but looks like pro long about 1980. Neat survivor.

If that original paint and decals, it’s a 1979-80 Large Pro.  On the color, some will say Snake Belly Blue, others call it Flamboyant Blue.  But it sure matches my pair

Yep, 79-80 large pro, they were actually called "Pro-Kits" in one of the catalogs, they were available in blue, red, and chrome, all with double dropout forks.

Very nice example.  Your seat is interesting.  All my Large Pro’s are equipped with a Kashimax MX, just as yours is.  But mine all have breathing holes in the shape of a Diamond.  Yours doesn’t look to be perforated as such hmm
