1985 Haro master
Here is my latest project, it is a 85 haro master in bright pink!!
It is a little different to the usual 85 master builds but it just screams the 80's.

I am just building it up in a white, chrome and pink theme for now, but i cant decide whether to bring back to all original, leave it in the white and pink, or ive always loved 86 frames with the chrome ends, and from the looks of things there were some 85 frames that came out late 85 in this style, i think it would look absolutely killer in pink and chrome!!!!
What do you think guys?
For now i have the following parts coming:
- mx hinged seat post clamp in white
- AME tri's in white
- White chain
- Pink dia compe 880 and 901 brake set
- White break cables
- White panaracer tyres (so i can ride it )

i like it the way it is, but chrome/pink would look sweet, and if thats what you want to do with it, i say go for it!

yeah i will build it up for now, and then see how i go with the colour balance, but thanks for your input guys. its always good to get other enthusiasts thoughts and ideas.
how can you tell if its a late 85 serial number carrera07?

Looks to be an 85. If it started with 8511 (Nov) or 8512 (Dec) it would have been an 86 model. I don't know of any Haros that had new models with serial numbers in October. Both of my 86 Masters were built in 12/1985.

glad you like it ash.
that is a real 85 frame. it was originally all green. it had belonged to a friend of mine who got it off a few years ago. the paint was way beat so i had c-4 do the restoration and powder on it.
