1985 CW Racing California Freestyle

1985 CW Racing California Freestyle

My holy grail!

Friend of mine had this beauty tucked away for the last 25 years and was in need of a serious overhaul. It had had some parts switched out way back in its early years, Hutch beartraps, Profile 2nd gen cranks, Tioga post and clamp, Dk freestyle stem(not on now), Araya 48's(not on) I have added a NOS ACS pro rotor, CW freestyle stem, NOS Velo gripper seat, NOS Spinner front pegs, and some new reproduction parts- Skyway Tuff II's , Kenda K55 Panaracer tires, Dia Compe tech IV levers, Am'e Tri grips, Flite donuts, and a decal set. Original parts include , frame, forks, handlebars(all originally lavender), rear pegs and Dia compe 880 front and 890 rear calipers. Big thanks to ION Coatings in Brandon Mb for the fresh powder. I had the brother to this bike in Blue back in 86 and can say I don't remember it being this cool. I am trying to track down some pictures of original from then..will post if I can.
