My new old school Frankenstein...!!! (<>..<>)

I grew up in the era of "RAD" The movie. My dad recorded it off the TV ever since I saw that movie, I wanted to ride and never looked back. I watched that movie so many times, my dad had to hide the tape lol... I rode better than I could walk. Well around my 20's other things became more important and eventually stopped riding and sold my bike.. at the time I had a Redline 5 Spot... I miss that bike. But after my bullsh*t i met my now wife who brought my life back in focus and I started to get the itch to ride... but a few things or should i say challenges started coming up.. Im older (34 yrs old now) over weight and pain hurts now... not only that when I was looking for a bike i remember riding mongoose, haro, dyno, GT, etc... but none of the newer bikes were like those bikes so I was forced to buy a new school bike (the older bikes were out of my price range) so i sucked it up and bought this 13' fit inman 3 right off the sales floor. I didnt like it, it looked pretty but i hated the ride. over time i started figuring out how i could set this up to my style and I did.. started with the forks needed some front end weight so I got some diamondback forks to fit my brakes and the gyro, odyssey gyro, added 2 more pegs, added front brakes (screw brakeless) odyssey triple trap peddals, haro knee savers, etc... You can make me buy new school but you cant make me keep it that way... the guy at the shop was arguing with me the whole time telling me what i wanted to do to the bike I couldnt do... young guy. But i did it anyway. Now this is the fruit of my labor. my "Frankenstein" i got used to the feel and now I love it everywhere i go all the young kids compliment me on it... when i get on my bike all the fears of crashing go away.. i lost blood, skin, broke boners before and every minute was worth it.... and it will always continue to be worth it... live to ride, ride to live..!!!
