1979 Mongoose

All mint survivor parts.

CK9, Tange Pinched 1200 forks.
MX-2 stem, Alps bars, Fuan grips, tange headset.
Tuff IIs coaster brake. OEM reflectors, Motocross tyres. Took caliper brake off (pic to be updated)
Tange seat clamp, Nagaki pole,Kashimax quilted seat , Mongoose grips. (Need to update pics).
Tourney cranks, KKT lightning pedals, DID chain. Mongoose pad set.
Classic old-school colour combo.

I get this question often so here it is to save everyone time. I do not have any Mongoose DMC decals left. I was lucky enough to find a small bunch of NOS decal sets in an old bike shop that no longer exists and I have since sold them all. Sorry. I wish you all the best of luck with your DMC builds.

Why... why would you do that? That particular Speedwell was most excellent by far, way cooler than any old mongoose I'd reakon. How many NOS Speedwell Sting MKII are there out there? Answer, not very many. In fact I've still got all the images of it save to my hard drive, being the inspiration behind the decision to restore my NOS SuperMaX f/f to factory. I hope you'll reconsider this decision one day mate, aussie all the way!
