That is really sweet!

No hijacking- I think we all love cool cars regardless of what badge sits on the hood.

Love your garage.  Finally took a page out of your book and got a dedicated track day car...the yellow Vette in the first picture I posted.

Its like bringing a gun to a knife fight.  Almost too much for the street and now too expensive for the track.  I'll keep it anyways!

Re: BMX and PORSCHE

Raven and M3 Brenden! coolcoolcoolcool  I've had 2 main passions/sports in my life - BMX and then years later my RSA/racing/DE.

I remember all the bmxa shots above like yesterday. In the early 80s I had posters of Porsche and Paulina Porizkova (sp.) on my wall.

My Amtrac is at my bro's shop but here are a few shots of my car.

Sweet- love the RS America.  CAn't believe the increase in prices on those models in the past 5 years or so.  I remember looking at one when I bought my 993 and they were similar in price- now they are selling for twice as much.

Like you I've always loved bikes and Porsches.  Glad I have lived my life in a way that allows me to go all in on both fronts!

Re: BMX and PORSCHE

Thanks - yes, 964 - RS America.

Brendan, I am the 2nd owner, purchased in 2003 so timed that right. However, since it is a full race car now it isn't worth near as much as the stock/street cars are going for - but has gone up some for sure. One of my best friends has a 964 Euro Cup (now $$$$) which he just recently semi-retired from track use.

Re: BMX and PORSCHE

Very nice indeed .wink......I love my P cars especially the 911 all years and model variant ,,,,just have a passion for them and also love my motor racing ,,one round a month is not enough for me ...wink
love the the tail pipe turn downs obviously to meet track DB limits no doubt ,,,,,I had a similar issue with my MNR keep setting on the DB alarms at 15000rpm ..
I had to put a more restrictive muffler on this year to meet the requirements winklol

My dedicated track and some of my rides a few years back

Man I love the 914. Yeah yeah,,,, I know. I just love the small ones. I'd love to have a 914 and a Fiat X1/9 in my garage. I haven't seen one of either in years.

Rockbilljay, love those shots w/ some old masters! Eddie was always my favorite. Saw him at Rockvillle BMX at least once, I think twice and the air...oh the air from their 1/4. Sweet car too! I have a friend w/ an SC that is similar.

Re: BMX and PORSCHE

Anyone has photos of Fiola's Porsche? I think it was a 935 (or a slantnose 911 made to look like one). I remember seeing it in a mag so there must be a scan out there.

While Googlin' Fiola's Porsche I found this interesting bit of trivia. Stu really was something else:

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads17/stu1268372827.jpg

And also these from Pelican forums, still with their original owners:
