1979 Quicksilver

1979 Quicksilver with original paint and stickers.

This bike just starred in a movie called 'Accidents Happen' along with Geena Davis, out sometime in 2009.
If anyone is looking for Quicksilver sticker sets, pads, or info, get in touch.

Re: 1979 Quicksilver

An exceptional bike if that's the original paint & stickers.

Again with the questions, always questions.

Is this a 'production' model or a frameset that was built up by bike shop or original owner. [or recent rebuild on a great original frame?]
The bars look like the original ALPS 56-1's & the seat looks like an original Quickie one. Don't know about the Addicks clamp though.
Are they the original wheels?
[Mongoose didn't catalogue them on production bikes till 1981, but I know they had been available for years]
Do you have a picture of the stickers on the seat tube?
