1980 Mongoose Motomag

I assembled this as a custom build using orange and black as the colors with a little bit of white as well.

I found this one on Craigslist and only wanted it for the nickel Redline forks, nickel Redline V-bars and the Campagnolo cranks that were on it that I needed for another build. I stripped it and it sat for a few months. I found an NOS orange Tange seat post clamp that I thought would look cool with some orange parts on the Mongoose. The grips, pads, fork, seat, seat post, tires, seat post clamp, cranks, sprocket, pedals, headset and bottom bracket were all NOS from a local shop making finding parts really easy. The Lesters are really nice mags that are very under rated. I built this one to ride, and it fits me really well.
