Pop-Up Old School BMX Museum At The Grands

The M.O.T.O.S. crew will once again be hosting a museum space at the ABA Grands this weekend.  If you're at the races, come check out the bikes.  If you have stuff to bring/display, it'll be in a great spot and in good hands.  Pics of this year's event will be up Sunday.  Here's a couple of pics from previous shows.

It's a '76 Suzuki.  There will be a couple of them there this year I believe.

Re: Pop-Up Old School BMX Museum At The Grands

Funny you ask...of all the bikes in those pics, #20 is my '76 Suzuki GVX-1. It's all original except for the tires. I actually bought it from someone in Colorado so I don't know all of the history. I always wanted a Suzuki and scored it on ebay years ago. The plate however was mine from the '70's. Awesome, laid back show if any of you can make it! Unfortunately, I will not be there this year. I'm going to build something special for it next year.

Yes, had a sproket guard. Someone was selling them on eBay recently.

Full (well, almost full - a few bikes got away) photo shoot of the bikes at the 2016 M.O.T.O.S. show at the Grands, including the Best in Show winner - the Red Line Squareback Pit Bike.
