1985 Haro Sport
1985 Haro Sport
Picked up the frame/fork and mags off CL recently, trying to acquire parts to build it up and ride it. I'll update the pics as I build it.
Apparently the guy got this when he was 12. Him and his brother decided they didn't like freestyle as much as racing. So after about a year he stripped the frame fork and mags for parts, and stuck the frame fork and mags in his parents' garage rafters for the past 22 years. Almost forgot to mention, he said when he pulled it down he did a google search and found a site, he said "I think it was called BMX museum", and they helped him put a price on it. I am slowly acquiring the parts to build it back up.
I'm so old school...I still call it a gooseneck.

Nothing better than a Sport in classic blue
Looking forward to the finished Sport. Always fun to build up a legend. Make sure you leave some good feedback for droc with all the parts he's sent you ![]()

Look at the feedback I already left for him, and he has helped me out much more since then. I definitely owe him some beers if I'm ever up in Cape Cod or if he ever comes to San Diego...
