1985 Zeronine Pro

1985 Zeronine Pro with OG white paint and OG decals. I looked for years for a nice clean original Zeronine and was able to pick one up from the original owner and fellow member Boss 20 GHP 24. The bike was purchased new in Long Island New York in the summer of 1984 or early 1985. My goal was to build one white and red and it came out stunning.

1985 Zeronine frame and fork with OG paint and decals. Seat post is a GT layback and GT Pro bars. Bike has nos red ano 175mm Takagi Cranks with an awesome super smooth red ano Bullseye BB with nos Shimano red ano pedals and KMC white and chrome chain. Wheels are mint Skyway Tuff II's with the alloy flange wrapped in nos Comp IV white tires. I decided to put an nos Dia Comp MX 1000 red ano brake with NOS Skyway Pro Pads in red and a nos red Terry Cable and red ano lever. Stem is a super clean red ano Suntour with flex fighter and a red ano Hatta head set. I was able to find an nos red Kashimax seat to finish off the build. I recently acquired some zeronine Works bars, so Ill probably be re-painting them in white and mounting in the near future with a Zeronine plate.

Re: 1985 Zeronine Pro

Stunning build!
Still find it amazing that there are so many NOS parts out there, and admire that some out there have the courage to mount them lol But then again when they are used on a fine FF like this, it makes it a bit easier.

Well done, great looking build! I've always had a soft spot for these.

Great build very different for A Zeronine have you been planing this build for a while or did you recently acquire the frame and go from there or have you been hanging onto the frame for a while. just wondering because I'm a huge Zeronine junkie all i need is a Pro to complete my collection & 2 more pairs of leathers to go with 2 jersey's I love there products I recently got a hold of my Grail after over 5 years of searching a showroom display Zeronine Ultra that someone took the factory wheels off of but the rest of the bike is NOS & I changed out a few parts on it
Great work love to hear more about it. Im trying to buy 1 now but if it doesn't work out & if you ever hear of one going up 4 sale or trade keep me in mind cool lol

Hi thanks for the comments. I have had the frame and fork for several years. I had been looking for one for several years and picked this one up from a fellow member. The red parts for this build took a long time to find.
