1997 Gary Fisher Mr. Skinner

My son's first street bike 1997 Mr. Skinner

I think this is a 1997, hard to tell by the serial number. If anyone can provide verification of the year that'd be great. My sons first street bike. Mr. Skinner, stock fisher and bontrager parts except for S+M Dive Bars, Primo Rod Seatpost, and Kona SDG seat. Odyssey pegs.

Re: 1997 Gary Fisher Mr. Skinner

Thanks for the support.  He's stoked about jumping the box at our local skatepark on that bike, and hasnt dumped it yet.  It's way big for him (21 inch top tube) and with the uncut Dive bars he's sprawled out, but he digs it.  I think this was a cheaper fisher  BMX model, but we got a deal on it and keep adding cool parts, all that matters is right!
