1982 Skyway T/A

Ive owned this bike from new in 1982 and recently decided to restore it as I don't plan on riding it anymore as it's too short. 90% of the parts are my original parts from back in the day.

Nice classic restore, was this originally white BITD or did you paint it back then? I've never seen an 82 in OG white they didn't offer that color until 84.

It was white when I bought it new at the bike shop dude... but I remember as a boy when it got all scratched up I asked my dad to strip it so I could get it re-painted, turned out it was chrome underneath the paint. Much to my dismay my dad to it took his works and had it blasted so the og chrome was gone forever sad
