Serial may show a 1999 build, but they started selling the TR 2 line in 2000. This would be a 2000 model.
Also please edit the material type to say "Other Chromo" these only had 1 chromoly tube in the frame.

sure that is a 1" fork/headtube? 
I have an '02 TR2.2 and it is 1 1/8".....
....best form of transportation is a classic BMX ride

Yup yup 80's, in 2001 and newer they used 1-1/8" on this TR2.1
