1980 Quicksilver Type 1b

Very cool machine

This was my bike in 1980, the night I brought it home from Pegasus Cycles in Melbourne. I would sincerely like to build this bike again.

i dont think those are tuff two's, those might be trolex track master's


chrome1985 gt pro-performer, white tuff II mags, chrome landing gear forks, white skyway handlebars, chrome fork standers, white sugino 3pc cranks,
chrome frame standers, white skyway pegs, black graphite pedals, white AME' grips, black lee chii brakes, white w/gumwall comp III tires, black hutch valve caps,
white skyway brakepads, black dyna viscount seat, chrome dk laid back seatpost, white gt mallet stem, grey gt epoch headset,
omg i miss that bike.

Gold Frame $1000.00-1500.00(depends on amount of gold used) YEA Right!!
In CA it's Only $200.00 to get Gold plated frame done

Very nice bike there mate.. quicksilver are very rare, i have seen some on ebay fetch from $1200.00 and over up to $1700.00 for mint! Maybe consider a mongoose mate as its a similar frame except for the rear dropouts depends on which quicky...
