I bought a VDC from a member of OS-BMX for a nice chunk of change.
Well,I spoke to Voris Dixon at or show we had and found out my VDC is a very rare prototype that made it out of his shop without brake cable guides and head tube re-enforcement rings.
I have yet to see another VDC without brake cable guides

When I was small I remember having a beat up ass bike with two tubes going through the headtube just like this.....could it have been a VDC???

A friend of mine is a welder / frame maker, for the post year i have been drawing scetches of frame designs that i could incorperate into a frame to make. i thought i could look at all the different frame here on the museum. i was stunded to find a frame that had the same type of look around the head tube as what i had scetched. The VDC is i think the most impressive design that i have ever seen, (quadange close 2nd) with the matching bars. I now have toosted my drawing into the trash.
