Your frame is a Race Inc RA8, not a RA7. The RA7 was a larger "Pro sized" frame. This is Race Inc's 20" mini frame.

I have what seems to be the same frame in blue!? not for sure what it is though,because of the oval cut out of the plate behind the fork tube??? have been told race inc. also fmf?? no serial number either?? mid to late 70's ?? anybody no for sure???
