2003 GT Performer
2003 GT Performer
Neon Performer
I felt sorry for this heavy old charger that turned up in a bodyshop looking very sorry for itself, covered in dents, rust and overspray. So I ripped it apart and salvaged what I could then bare metal restored the rest. God knows what I was thinking with the colour scheme but its certainly differnt. My Decals were custom made for me and the NEON Performer was born.

NEED 99 HARO MASTER FORKS. They don't have to be in minty condition...
Wife loves it when another package shows up in the mail..
Question is, is the spoon really there?

Re: 2003 GT Performer
I just had to comment and say what an awesome color combo. You've got guts going against the grain and I respect that. I also personally love neon so it makes it that much nicer in my book. I'm going to try and whip up a multi-color neon ride myself some day. Great save too. That before and after is simply amazing.
You didn't stop riding your bike because you got old. You got old because you stopped riding your bike...

Re: 2003 GT Performer
Man, I came across the very same bike cherry for $70 but passed on it because of the muted OG finish. I wish that I would have seen this earlier. I like your neon finish much better than the OG. Nice work!
Cool, a new bike. Wait a minute.......where am I going to hide this one. She's going to catch me for sure!!!

Re: 2003 GT Performer
very good job on restore. probably was headed for the dumpster.
hey, wasn't there a freestyle bike around 87 - 88 that came like this?? not exactly these colors, but every part was a different neon color?? i could of sworn my neighbor had a gt like that ( could of been different brand tho ), and he called it a clown paint, but i google searched it and haven't seen anything like it.
