Re: 2006 Mongoose SG Junior
I am with you on the tires. I've got 1 1/8th and 1 3/8th microknobs for my daughter's SG Junior. Sometimes I run a 1 1/8th on the rear.

Re: 2006 Mongoose SG Junior
I'm actually looking into an "expert" size ride now 'cause he's "big" for an 8 yr. old..LOL. I tried the 1 1/8 in the rear but he didn't seem to like it. Good luck on your daughter's races!

Re: 2006 Mongoose SG Junior
Thanks Rob. We actually experimented with one my old pro class rims with a 20x1.75 microknob on the front in practice today and she liked it, but we switched back to the stock wheel with the 1 3/8th micro knobby for race time.
