1954 Schwinn Chrome Plated Strait Bar BMX Build.

Built: 08/05 to 08/06 of 1954 or...
Built: 08/04 to 08/08 of 1956.

Frame # L54666
Parts breakdown:
Frame: Chrome: Schwinn Strait-bar
Rear hub: Silver, Curtis Odem Coaster Brake/Sturmey Archer (SA) two-speed kickback coaster brake
Front hub: Silver, Curtis Odom high flange
Rims: Polished aluminum, Sun Rhyno Lites
Seat: Black, Brooks B72
Bottom bracket: Schwinn cups and bearings with Shimano (3-piece conversion) spindle
Cranks: Aluminum, 170mm Top Line (with one-of-a-kind spider)
Chainring: Silver, Suntour
Chain: Nickel, unknown
Handlebars: Nickel, Genuine "Cook Bros" reproductions
Pedals: Blue, MKS
Forks: Chrome, Landing Gear 1 1/8" threadless
