1986 GT World Tour

This one I sent to Chip at C4 to take care of the powder coating and turned out great. The seat, grips, headset, brake pads, tires and GT mags have been replaced. This bike is a show stopper now!

Re: 1986 GT World Tour

sweet bike but NOS means new old stock...and this has been repainted and restickered so it would be restored with NOS parts but the bike itself is not NOS, bike is sick though

Incredibly clean!  You have the touch.  What brake set is on the bike?
Nice job smile

Re: 1986 GT World Tour

Hello bsmith, I have a used set of dia-comp MX-1000 as of now. I think its should have Dia Compe MX-901 Rear Brakes White and a Dia-Compe Nippon 883 Front Caliper.

Re: 1986 GT World Tour

My buddy had a white one of these when we were kids.  If he had blue like yours I would have been very envious.  Nice Build!
