1977 Mongoose Motomag

This is my first bulid of the year this mongoose was repainted mongoose blue with  new decals. Most of the parts are NOS on this one.

sweet hayward....i love it, looks like it just rolled out of chatsworth.


when i see a mongoose at walmart, i try and picture the metal being used to make something more useful, like a frying pan, or maybe some clothes hangers...oh well...its out of my hands.

Nice build! I have all the parts to build this same bike.

The shorty frame I have was rattlecanned blue, so I need to have it stripped and powdered.

How long are the cranks on this bike?

I have two NOS Ashtabula cranks - long and short, and I'm not sure which one to use on the shorty...
