Kevin Jones and Level

So, I picked up a '94 Dirtbike this weekend and it had these forks installed:

I know Mr Jones made a few frames under the Level name but I can't find any information about the forks. Do any of you guys know if he had forks manufactured along with the frames?

I'll give ten dollars more for anything 86seeS wants to buy, but if he's broke I will lowball you.

Should be able to find something out for you.  It's late back there right now so it won't be tonight.

Anything you can find out would be greatly appreciated. I did find a link to Kevin Jones' Facebook page on the Hoffman site today, so I reactivated my fb and sent him a message.

No problem, I have a friend who will know.  I'll hit him up in the morning.

Re: Kevin Jones and Level

My source said, "I believe they were frame and fork and one of the first forks with 990 mounts, dude I'm at work."  I didn't send him the pic of the fork, I did explain the situation of how you got em.  I never mentioned the 990 mounts to him.  That was all him.

Based on that I'd say it's very likely theyre level forks.  Not the rock solid confirmation you were looking for but I will totally vouch for this dude, he is very reliable.  You got yourself a soft yes.  You still need Kevin or someone that people will know and recognize as acceptable confirmation to go around repeating it as fact but safe to say your not on a wild goose chase.  Shouldn't be too hard, it's pretty recent history.

I thought I would get a more direct answer but like all good flatlanders, my source is totally OCD and has moved onto building model cars and so now he's too busy trying to reinvent how that's done to talk about flatland.
