Thanks, man. Yeah, those Primos are a very inexpensive alternative to a set of Power Series (as far as looks go, that is). Still don't know if I want to keep the chrome ones on there or put my black set on.

I definitely think your Blue GT deserves these silver Primos, and the Black wouldn't look bad on this Sport - since half the frame is black, as well as the powerdisc. Give it a shot.. it's only a few bolts. Same spindle. ![]()

Yeah, and it's raining down here. So I guess I know what I'm doing for the rest of the day.

Black cranks look sweet on the SPORT! That's a nice blue you got there. Is it a repaint or original finish? Great job on piecing that together!

Re: 1987 Haro Sport
Nice ride. I'm really beginning to like the look of PowerBites on the old school bikes. I have a set on my Tour and I love'em. Very nice bike, you did a good job!!! ![]()
My Father once spoke to me and said "The way you look at your bike is the way I see My children, I look past the imperfections and rough surfaces to the beauty of the finished product."

07CARRERA, I like the black cranks on the Sport but I have to agree with Frank250, I need a silver disk to go with my black ring. The separation of color would make it pop a bit more. As far as the paint, it's all original . . . in most places
. It appears to have been spray bombed (pretty close match I have to admit) on the platform close to the seat tube. If you look at the fourth pic up top, you can tell the difference in color.
But I think I'm going to have to side with my boy OTHERVOICEZ. I'm going to have to order a set of polished arms for the Sport now.
