Very impressive. Truely a sweet piece. Hats off to ya bro. Do me one favor...please ride it cause that's what they are for. You obviously aren't expected to trash it. Just cruise it like an antique car !!!!!
The difference between friends and enemies...enemies you keep just a little closer !

I rode it for a few weeks, but I sold it to finance a looptail Quadangle.
I've already caught heck from another member for selling-off a few of my Race Inc. and S.E. items.
Unfortunately, I can't keep them all, AND get new stuff!
I hated to part with this bad-boy, because it's IDENTICAL to my 1st true BMX'er! I still have my 1983 Polaroid of the original bike I had as a kid, before I ruined it. I was dumb back then, though, and knocked-off all the reflectors, removed the Made in Japan sticker, and eventually added all sorts of stupid freestyle crap to it.
The kid down the street always had a looptail Quad, and I was only the "second coolest" kid on my street.

Hey, I love the bike. I have the same except it is blue and I don't have the original stickers anymore cuz I raced it and would put new ones on each year from my sponser. Just wanted to throw a shout out cuz it brings back some good memories.

Re: 1983 Redline 600a
Seeing this bike and reading the post about Van Halen jump fits my younger days to a.... T.......this was my favorite bike of all time , I feel woozy at my stomach... like I just seen my x- girlfriend......I am 36 yrs old and have not thought about bmx in quite a while and the other day I saw a new BMX track on the way home from work and it inspired me to do a google search for this bike and I ended up here......thanks for bringing back memories and having such a cool forum.......I would love to own another one......I know 36 is old... but I still race moto x so why not wana ride BMX again! Is it possible to get one at a reasonable price ? My childhood just flashed in front of me! thanks
