That's an 2001 model. GT put them out back then and they come with spoke wheels and flame tread. I also have one.
They aren't popular but I don't know how many were made. They were a basic design. Now what I would also like to find is the Hotwheels bicycle that is a replica of this one but it in minature like the cars. I met a hotwheels dealer who has one but won't come off of it.
