1990 GT Vertigo

UNTOUCHED ORIGINAL EVEN TUBES!!!

Got this from a craigslist ad from the original female owner she owned for 22 years, was hanging in her parents house they moved to florida she hung it in her garage till husband wanted it out.
This thing is entirely original with minor scratches. I simply cleaned 20 years of dust and grime off it.
You don't see many gt's at all painted magenta in 1990.

I looked it up to see......and why is there there two ads for 1990 model GT Vertigo's with different color schemes ???

I've always known the 1990's of ALL models to have the checkered / zebra decal  design....

GT used two different decal designs in 90, they started with the yellow/black hazard decals then switch part way through to style shown in the second pic.

Re: 1990 GT Vertigo

Wow! I've been trolling for some color scheme ideas for my own 1990 vertigo when I saw yours. Even though I won't be using those colors, Wow! Did I say that already? Just awesome.

Re: 1990 GT Vertigo

NICE!  I too have a 90' model just like this (W/89' serial, 90' double-bent DT), and yes, there's no doubt about it being all original.
I had to do some decal research myself, and I agree, they in fact used two different style decals in 90', they used both Hazard & Non-hazard.
