1979 JMC Racing

JMC BMX - AWESOME MACHINE (THANK YOU JIM MELTON)!!

This is my first JMC bike that I restored since I started racing and collecting again.
Was a long 26 year break but I'm back and have my legs back again.
Having a blast !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I attached a picture of myself doing a tail whip on my 1977 Race Inc and my
friend Joey performing a tabletop on his 1979 JMC long standard.
I am riding a ONE today. I listed it too in the museum.
I will attach a couple of my recent pictures jumping it.
I love getting air and racing. Getting air is the best though !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well looked after bikes.
Harry Leary is a legend even all the way here in the UK, your so lucky you have had him sign your bike.

Re: 1979 JMC Racing

youre bikes are amazing! the red one is sick!! plus its signed by Harry "Scary" Leary himself! i've read up on his career (amazing and sad). keep those bikes clean- they are simply amazing!

"You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In Vietnam his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill!"

Re: 1979 JMC Racing

You can write me at JOHN813386@AOL.COM or write to Jim Melton JMC bike team and founder of the frame.
He is on e-bay selling decals and pads. He can tell you where your frame was sold to. Just send him the serial #.
He is a great guy and can also send you a certificate for your frame.

Regards,
John

Re: 1979 JMC Racing

Now that is an amazing creation!!!! I use to have one of those when I was a Kid wish I never sold it. I thought the DJ equipment was a better buy. I was wrong considering how much these bikes are worth now. This thing is sweet.

I Miss the Days of winning a race!!! To all of those who were Watching my back Tire Thanks for the Wins.
