Re: LET'S SEE YOUR CRUISERS.
Been a long time since Ive posted in this thead... Here's the Model C I built up for street/park riding.
Most of the stuff that went on it was stuff I had kicking around. S&M Castillo bars, older cruiser fork, tuff man chainwheel and thin seat. Fit stem and seat post and rhynolites. The frame was a short top tube $200 clearance special from the Sunday website.
It rides a lot different from my other cruisers. Not sure I'm completely in love with it, but I'm still trying it out and trying to get used to it.
I put the "BM" in BMX!

Finally cleaned this up for pics 1982 26" Torker Cruiser. It had some fabrication done by the former owner derailleur and brake mounts added for mountain biking BITD. I added a few items trying to spice it up enjoy.http://i815.photobucket.com/albums/zz74 … G_8030.jpghttp://i815.photobucket.com/albums/zz74 … G_8025.jpghttp://i815.photobucket.com/albums/zz74 … G_8028.jpghttp://i815.photobucket.com/albums/zz74 … G_8027.jpg

I would be the last guy to endorse a Sunday
, but that is a clean build. That S&M seat is barely a seat at all but I do like it. I ride the same one although I dont think Ive ever spent much time actually sitting on it.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm pleased with the overall look of the bike. That seat (actually a p-rail not a thin-brain fade!) beats the crap out of the inside of my knees! I dont think I've ever sat on it either but it can't be any worse than an old Uni hammerhead or Viscout aero right?

You know what...I love the Viscount Aero. I actually thought that was a pretty comfortable seat for a plastic.
Rode one for years. I was actually surprised how small the P Rail was, but I like it.

I see you have Z-Rims on that Hutch, do you ride this? I'm curious and if you do how is it? Looks good too, even with the pics you have...

Nope local pick up here on Oregon. I bought it from a guy that found it at Goodwill. Of course I did change a few thing on it.

I keep intending to take out a 20" on the ride outs we have but this is so smooth I just can't bring myself to do it.

Re: LET'S SEE YOUR CRUISERS.
Picked up an Open Road (sold through Montgomery Ward) 24" cruiser. Original pads, grips, seat, decals and original flat black paint. It even can with the original tires but they were too crunchy to use so it had newer Tiogas on it. I am now on the lookout for some aluminum wheels as well as some other bits. It rides great.

Re: LET'S SEE YOUR CRUISERS.
I may have already posted this one but I've changed it up a bit so I'll post it anyway. Added a Hatta Kango headset, little more gold with the disc, SP clamp and tires. New Terry cable, seamless leather saddle, sold my chrome powerwings then bought the black powerwings go figure. One of my all time sought after nikes BITD. Tires need some getting used to.
